The property is situated in a rural location on the outskirts of Glan Conwy, which is within easy reach of ‘Bodnant Gardens’ and the picturesque Conwy Valley. The historic walled town of Conwy is located across the estuary just 4 miles away, with the beautiful Victorian Seaside Town of Llandudno just over 5 miles away. Glan Conwy has easy access to the A55 leading to Bangor and Anglesey in the west and Chester to the east. There is a local school, three garden nurseries and train station which links to the main line at Llandudno Junction.
From our Conwy office proceed round Conwy on the one way system and proceed over the Conwy Bridge towards Llandudno Junction. At the roundabout turn right and proceed to the A55. Turn left on to the A55 and exit at the next junction signposted Betws-y-Coed and Glan Conwy. Proceed through the village, turn right just after Nev’s Garage (on left) signposted Graig, take the next right onto Ffordd Trallwyn, at the “T” junction with a triangle of grass in the middle, bear right, proceed up the lane, pass Alpine Nurseries, follow the land down at the next green grassed triangle bear right, Trallwyn can be found on the left.
