From our Rhos-on-Sea office turn towards the Promenade, turn right towards Old Colwyn, continue for approximately 1.5 miles, turn right sign posted old Colwyn and drive up hill to the roundabout and take the second exit onto Llanelian Road, drive out of the built up area for approximately three miles to the T junction, turn left and drive for 1.5 miles to Betws Yn Rhos. When driving into the village pass the 20 mph sign and immediately turn right, drive for about 300 metres up hill where Bryn Derw will be found on the left, No 2 is the second house on the left.
