Find a Tenant only
Our fee is £550.00 plus VAT at the current rate of 20%
This is a one-off fee to include advertising and marketing, conducting viewings, tenant referencing, preparation of the tenancy agreement and collection of the first month's rent and deposit. It is then the landlord's responsibility to maintain the tenancy, lodge the deposit, notify utilities and collect rents.
We recommend all landlords prepare an Inventory / Schedule of condition prior to the letting of a property. We can offer this service if required. (subject to availability)

1 bed is now £80.00 plus VAT
2 bed is now £90.00 plus VAT
3 bed is now £100.000 plus VAT
Furnished Properties
1 bed is now £100.00 plus VAT
2 bed is now £110.00 plus VAT
3 bed is now £120.00 plus VAT
