Full Management Service
Commission is charges at a rate of 11% of the gross rent received plus V.A.T. at the current rate of 20% and includes complete management of the tenancy.
£500 + VAT AND MANAGEMENT FEE IS 11% +VAT
If the tenant leaves after 6 months we will re-let the property for £500.00 plus VAT @ 20%.
The monthly commission rate is set for the full term of the tenancy agreement.
Any amendments to this arrangement are subject to 2 months written notice on either side.
Inventory / Schedule of condition are not included in the set-up costs.
